Services Provided

Mav Media provides real estate marketing and media services, including but not limited to:

Photography and videography

Drone photography and video

Twilight photography

Sign printing, installation, removal, and storage

Lockboxes and posts

Digital marketing assets and deliverables

All services are subject to availability and location.

Scheduling & Appointments

Appointment times are requested, not guaranteed. We will confirm your final date and time as soon as possible.

Weather, lighting, property access, and other conditions may impact scheduling or delivery.

The client is responsible for ensuring property access at the scheduled time.

Missed appointments due to lack of access may result in a rescheduling fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional services requested after booking may require additional payment.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be made within a reasonable time prior to the appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

Weather-related reschedules will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Media Delivery & Usage Rights

Media is delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

Standard delivery timelines may vary based on service type and workload.

Mav Media retains ownership of all media created.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing and promotional purposes related to the listed property.

Media may not be sold, transferred, or used for unrelated commercial purposes without written permission.

Revisions & Reshoots

Minor edits or corrections may be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Reshoots may incur additional fees unless the issue was caused by Mav Media.

Style preferences, staging, or property conditions are not considered errors.

Drone Services

Drone services are subject to:

FAA regulations

Weather conditions

Airspace restrictions

Safety considerations

Mav Media reserves the right to cancel or modify drone services if conditions are unsafe or restricted.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Ensure the property is ready at the scheduled time

Secure pets and remove personal items as needed

Obtain any required permissions, HOA approvals, or access authorizations

Mav Media is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by client-preparedness issues.

Limitation of Liability

Mav Media is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Lost profits or missed opportunities

Delays caused by weather, access issues, or third-party platforms

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials remain the property of Mav Media and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion for violations of these Terms or inappropriate behavior toward staff or contractors.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Mav Media operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms
